From Jindabyne to Bermagui

When we really identify with a label,

sometimes our emotional states can depend on that label.

We may use that label as

a contextual measure of our success.

I am sure most of us are influenced and validated by this at some time,

but it is an external measurement and focus,

that is defining our levels of happiness and fulfillment.

So although I no longer hold my much loved and treasured Yoga Shala,

I am also enjoying the freedom of releasing that label and work load.

It taught me lots. This 9.5 years got me to where I am today,

where my lasting happiness and fulfillment is not defined by the

the endless pursuit of external success, but by the embodied

inner felt sense of happiness and fulfillment, that is not measured

via studio numbers, social media likes and compliments.

However, luckily Tantra does embrace the best of both worlds.

It does see the desire for worldly pleasure

as compatible with the spiritual quest.

Which is very satisfying, because my new location is a paradise.
